If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller size for a more secure fit.

Yes. Our signature full-sole grip is designed to provide reliable traction throughout every movement. The grip extends from heel to toe, helping you feel stable and confident during Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Yoga and Barre. While no grip sock can completely eliminate slipping, ours are engineered to maximize stability when you need it most.

Absolutely. Eleven grip socks were specifically designed with Reformer Pilates in mind. The full-coverage grip, supportive arch band and cushioned heel and forefoot work together to provide comfort, stability and confidence throughout every session. They're equally suited for Mat Pilates, Yoga and Barre.

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in the Netherlands. This allows us to deliver quickly throughout the Netherlands and Europe, with no unexpected import duties or customs fees for EU customers.

For the best performance, wash your socks inside out at 30°C with similar colours. Avoid bleach, fabric softener and tumble drying to help preserve the grip and shape over time.
